Our New Website in English
Tuesday, 10.27.2009, 07:00pm (GMT)

Taand is proud to announce the launch of its new website in English.  The site has a new streamline design with many features and facilities for an intuitive easy-to-use navigation.  The aim of the website is to provide a single source for the most comprehensive and up-to-date news stories, commentaries, features, special reports, op-ed pieces and  literary writings on Afghan current affairs, politics, history, culture, music, literature and who’s who, rarely available in international e-communication.

Our audience and browsers have witnessed that since its inception in.........Taand has been an independent and diverse source of news and information hosted by independent   Afghan journalists.  In our English site, we will continue to host real debates on the most pressing questions and issues that arise from time to time on the Afghan war and Afghanistan as a whole.  We will also be posting uncensored stories and cutting-edge development in different areas to our grassroots readers and visitors.

This site is committed to providing original sources for its national, local and international audience and is intended to serve as a consolidated access point for all Afghans to find and share critical information about Afghanistan.  Our website www.english.taand.com  will allow to promote information sharing and linkages among Afghans and all interested in Afghanistan.  We invite all Afghan and non Afghan journalists, writers, researchers and academics to post their ideas, thoughts and writing on their relevant fields and any aspect of Afghanistan.  We welcome your feedback to our new site.
