Why the CIA supports Mullah Omar and Hekmatyar’s presence in Pakistan?
Thursday, 09.16.2010, 02:10pm (GMT)

By Naseeb: Since many years, the Western mainstream media and even Pakistani media outlets have been saying that Mullah Omar and Hekmatyar live in their safe haven in Pakistan.  They are not only free to guide their forces inside Afghanistan, but also planning operation within Afghanistan.  Pakistan wants to use Mullah Omar and Hekmatyar for their infamous “strategic depth” policy in Afghanistan.  Both leaders would work as agents for the ISI.  Both Muhhal Omar and Hekmatyar have never reacted negatively towards Pakistan.  They are dead silent about Pakistan’s dirty game in Afghanistan.

This makes perfect sense but there is a horrible truth and a secret in this.  What is the secret? Can we imagine for a minute that ISI would be able to do all this alone? Our common sense says that the CIA knows all about this and even helps this process of agent-making by the ISI in Afghanistan.  The CIA and ISI have always been partners-in-crime.

The CIA knows perfectly if it captures Mullah Omar and Hekmatyar tomorrow, there would be no change on the battle ground within Afghanistan, because the Taliban movement is now a national liberation movement and the majority of the Afghans support them, and this does not necessary means that the Afghan people agree with their policies.  Killing or arresting these two notorious figures will bring no change in the military make up of the country.  This is one reason that CIA support Pakistan to have Mullah Omar and Hekmatyar under control for future use.  Secondly, the US and CIA are worried about the future of Pakistan, because the future of this artificially country is hanging by a thread.  Keeping Pakistan and Israel are vital for the US because both are, in fact, Anglo-American military and espionage cantonments.

Pakistani state is nothing but a military and spy institution, hiding under the name of Islam.  The ISI was established in 1948 by a British military officer, Major General R. Cawthorne, who was then the Deputy chief of Staff in Pakistani Army.  How on earth a British General could be the deputy chief of staff of another country?

The Taliban and the Hekmatyar’s followers must find out whether their leaders are really the ISI agents which mean they are the CIA’s agents as well without knowing it.  Taliban must get rid of any Pakistani agent from their rank; otherwise they will also be sold like sheep one by one.  If the following report is to be true there is no doubt that Mullah Omar and Hekmatyar have already been sold by the ISI to the CIA.  Being in Pakistan means being in custody of the CIA.

Mullah Omar, Hekmatyar or some other Pakistani agents might entertain Pakistan or ISI as their Muslim brother, but they don't know ISI means CIA.  The CIA and ISI are like KGB and Khad of the communist Afghanistan.  The Afghan people know that the ISI’s hand is half American and half Black Punjabi.  The following brief report by the AFP says all this.

AFP: Afghan Taliban leader Mullah Omar is based in Pakistan and everyone knows it, French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner says, calling on Islamabad to do more to help end the conflict.

"It's not a secret for anyone. Everyone knows that Mullah Omar is in Quetta, if he's not now in Karachi," Kouchner told French MPs on Tuesday, referring to two major Pakistani cities known to harbour Islamist militant cells.

Mullah Omar was the leader of the Taliban Islamic regime that was overthrown in Afghanistan by US-led forces in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001 attacks and is now thought to be based in Quetta.

Taliban leaders have been given shelter in Pakistan. I'm not revealing anything," Kouchner said, telling parliament's foreign relations committee why Afghanistan has called on Pakistan to help negotiate a peace deal.
